Returns

All pet bandanas, hats, quilted coats, leather goods and scrunchies are final sale. Please ensure you are confident in your bandana size by measuring your pet's neck/collar prior to your purchase.

EXCHANGES

 If you would like to exchange apparel, it must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. 

Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or defective.

All returns will be issued a store credit.
